UX Wise Approach
We began with a deep dive into user personas—The final users: American and Canadian Workers.
We explored their daily routines, pinpointed their pain points, and tested competitor apps with them to uncover why existing solutions fell short in keeping users engaged and consistent with reporting.
This hands-on research guided the creation of user flows that made navigating safety protocols, collecting data, and managing incidents effortless and intuitive.
